Refund Policy

1. All Fees Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to BookMyVessel.com — including subscription fees, plan charges, renewals, and any other amounts paid for access to the Platform — are strictly non-refundable, whether the Platform or its features are used in part, in full, or not at all.

2. You Are Paying for Access & Effort, Not an Outcome

Subscription and plan fees are charged for access to the Platform and for the continuous effort BookMyVessel invests in operating the marketplace, matching requirements, generating and distributing leads, and maintaining the technology and services. These are effort-based service fees and do not represent a purchase of guaranteed leads, enquiries, business, revenue, or any specific result. As clarified in our Terms & Conditions, any lead numbers stated in a plan are indicative only and are not committed. Accordingly, fees cannot be refunded on the basis that fewer leads or less business than expected were received.

3. No Refund on Cancellation, Downgrade or Non-Use

• Cancelling a subscription, downgrading a plan, or allowing a plan to expire does not entitle the user to any refund, credit, or pro-rata adjustment for the unused period.
• Non-use or limited use of the Platform during a paid period does not qualify for a refund.
• If a paid plan is not renewed, the account simply moves to the Free tier at the end of the paid period; no refund arises.

4. Termination for Breach

If a membership is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions (including, without limitation, attempting to exchange contact details off-platform or bypass the Platform), no refund of any kind will be payable, and any remaining paid period shall be forfeited.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

The only exception is a genuine technical billing error — such as a duplicate charge or an amount debited without a corresponding plan being activated. In such cases, the verified excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method after due verification. Any such request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by writing to info@bookmyvessel.com with the payment reference.

6. Payment Gateway & Taxes

Where a refund is approved under Clause 5, any payment-gateway charges, transaction fees, or non-recoverable taxes may be deducted from the refunded amount. Refund timelines are subject to the payment gateway and the user's bank.

7. Changes to this Policy

BookMyVessel may amend this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment governs that payment. This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
